Jacobs has dedicated much of her career to helping patients and families navigate some of life’s most meaningful and difficult moments with compassion, dignity and clinical expertise.Jacobs’ connection to Healthkeeperz actually began nearly 30 years ago, when she worked in the Healthkeeperz Pharmacy from 1996–1997.
